1. Sign up for the class that you want to take. They are listed in Eastern Standard Time. 

2. Receive a confirmation email with a link that gives you access to the online classroom.

3. On the day and time of your class, click the link and be taken to the live, virtual classroom no matter where in the world you are located. 

4. Set up your space and practice along with me!

A calming, stress-relieving yoga class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body. Postures are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment and detail. Recommended for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and replenishing experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
